Puntarenas.
Thanks to the organization of MICITT, Incopesca and the Pacific Marine Park of Puntarenas, the goal of this workshop was to announce the recommendations of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) on the subject of Ocean Economy, or Blue Economy as it is also known.
This event aimed to encourage Inter-institutional coordination for the development of tools to implement these recommendations, as well as promoting research and innovation in the fishing and aquaculture sector.
The NOMAD team attended, of course, to collect the information and highly relevant experiences for the development of its business model, based on the interests of the associations that joined in the event, such as Incopesca, INA, IMARES-UCR, COMEX, MICITT.
